You must provide accurate account and traveller information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Bookings, booking details, and private test bookings are account-scoped and may require you to sign in. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Search results show availability and prices supplied to Go Luxus by travel providers. Availability and fares can change until the provider accepts the reservation. Review traveller names, dates, routes, room or seat details, baggage, taxes, fees, and the provider’s cancellation rules before paying. We create a booking record and request payment; a reservation is confirmed only after payment is verified and the relevant provider confirms it. A payment receipt by itself is not a ticket or hotel confirmation.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Go Luxus does not ask you to send card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords to us. We send booking status messages to the email address entered for the booking when the corresponding status is recorded and the email service is available. Check My Bookings for the current booking status and provider reference. If payment is recorded but the provider has not confirmed the service, contact support before paying again.

Cancellation eligibility, fees, deadlines, and refund amounts depend on the fare or rate selected and the applicable airline, hotel, bus operator, and payment provider rules shown for that booking. A refund request is not a completed refund. We update the booking when the provider or payment gateway reports the outcome; bank posting time can vary. The booking-specific terms shown before payment govern, subject to applicable law.

Go Luxus arranges travel as a booking agent and does not operate the airline, accommodation, bus, or other travel service. The provider delivers the travel service and its conditions apply to the reservation. Provider schedule changes, operational decisions, and service delivery are handled under those conditions. We assist with booking support and communicate information we receive from the provider.

Coupons, wallet credits, rewards, and promotional offers are subject to the eligibility, expiry, route, product, and combination rules displayed for each offer. The checkout total is recalculated before payment. An offer is not applied unless it appears in the final booking amount.

Private test bookings are available only when enabled by an administrator and are tied to a Go Luxus website account. They use CCAvenue staging and simulated supplier responses; they do not reserve live inventory or issue a usable ticket. Test records are marked as tests and excluded from public booking listings and sales totals. Do not use test confirmations for travel.

Do not misuse the Platform, interfere with its security, submit false identity or traveller information, attempt unauthorized access, or use payment methods without authorization. We may restrict access or cancel an uncompleted transaction where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Platform, subject to applicable law and the booking terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Courts at the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
