• Visa-related assistance
• Travel insurance
• Other travel-related services

Go Luxus may obtain inventory, rates and availability from airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, aggregators, GDS providers, API providers and other travel suppliers.

The merchant of record for a transaction may vary depending on the product, supplier and booking arrangement.

Where Go Luxus is the merchant or seller for a particular transaction, the applicable payment may be collected by Go Luxus and the customer may receive the applicable invoice or receipt from Go Luxus.

Where a third-party supplier is the merchant of record, the customer’s payment may be processed or collected on behalf of, or directly by, that supplier or its authorized payment provider.

The applicable merchant/supplier information may be shown during the booking process, payment process, invoice or booking confirmation, where required.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Go Luxus does not own or directly operate every travel service listed on its Platform.

The actual service may be provided by an independent third-party supplier, including:

Flights

The flight is operated by the relevant airline.

Hotels

Accommodation is provided by the relevant hotel, resort, property owner or accommodation provider.

Bus Tickets

Transportation is provided by the relevant bus operator.

Car Rental

The vehicle and rental service are provided by the relevant rental company or transportation provider.

Holiday Packages

The services included in a package may be provided by one or more airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, activity providers or destination management companies.

Activities & Sightseeing

The relevant tour, attraction or activity is generally provided by the applicable local operator or activity supplier.

Transfers

The transportation service is provided by the relevant transfer or transportation provider.

Depending on the applicable booking arrangement, Go Luxus may:

Go Luxus may not have direct control over the operation, availability, quality or performance of third-party travel services.

Third-party suppliers remain responsible for providing the travel services they operate or sell.

Their responsibilities may include:

• Operating flights, buses or vehicles where applicable.
• Providing hotel accommodation.
• Providing tours and activities.
• Complying with applicable supplier regulations.
• Honouring confirmed reservations subject to their terms.
• Handling operational changes within their control.

The terms and conditions of the relevant supplier may also apply to the customer’s booking.

Depending on the booking structure, the customer may enter into:

1. A contract with Go Luxus;
2. A contract directly with the relevant travel supplier; or

1. A combination of arrangements involving Go Luxus and one or more travel suppliers.

The applicable contractual relationship will depend on the specific service and booking.

The relevant supplier or merchant information will be provided where applicable.

The payment flow may be:

• Customer → Go Luxus → Supplier
• Or
• Customer → Payment Gateway → Supplier

Or another authorized payment arrangement depending on the applicable booking.

The payment gateway may process the payment on behalf of Go Luxus, the supplier or another authorized merchant.

Customers should review the merchant name, payment description and booking information displayed during the payment process.

The entity responsible for issuing the invoice may vary depending on the booking structure.

Where Go Luxus is the seller or merchant for the relevant service, Go Luxus may issue the applicable invoice.

Where a third-party supplier is the seller or merchant, the supplier may issue the applicable invoice.

The applicable invoice or receipt will identify the relevant transaction details where required.

The price displayed on Go Luxus may include:

• Supplier price
• Taxes
• Government charges
• Go Luxus service fees
• Convenience fees
• Booking charges
• Other applicable charges

The final amount payable will be displayed before payment, where applicable.

Supplier prices and availability may change before booking confirmation.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

• The selected product;
• The applicable supplier;
• Fare or rate conditions;

Where Go Luxus acts as an intermediary, refund processing may require confirmation or funds from the relevant supplier.

Providing customer support does not necessarily mean that Go Luxus is the actual operator or provider of the underlying travel service.

Airlines, hotels, bus operators, rental companies, tour operators and other suppliers may change, modify or cancel services in accordance with their applicable terms and operational requirements.

Go Luxus will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to customers where such information is received by Go Luxus.

Where applicable, Go Luxus will endeavour to provide customers with relevant information before payment, including:

• Service provider
• Merchant/seller information
• Booking conditions
• Cancellation conditions
• Refund conditions
• Taxes and fees
• Total amount payable
• Important restrictions
• Supplier terms

Customers should carefully review the booking summary before completing payment.

Go Luxus does not represent that it owns or directly operates every airline, hotel, bus, rental vehicle, tour, activity or other travel service available through the Platform.

The name and identity of the relevant service provider may be displayed during the booking process or in the booking confirmation where applicable.

As Go Luxus expands, the business model and merchant relationship may differ between products.

For example, Go Luxus may operate as:

• Marketplace/intermediary
• Booking agent
• Authorized reseller
• Merchant
• Package organizer
• Service provider

The applicable relationship will be disclosed or reflected in the relevant booking terms where required.

By completing a booking through Go Luxus, the customer acknowledges that:
